The following terms and conditions, together with the privacy policy, apply to the purchase of products via our webshop or in physical HTH stores.

1. Handling orders and deliveries ordered on HTH webshops or in HTH stores

1.1 Delivery of products purchased via webshops

Orders from HTH's webshop are shipped from HTH's central warehouses. It is always possible to pick up an order in an HTH store of your choice.

Deliveries are only made to addresses in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Delivery to addresses is not possible in Greenland, the Faroe Islands and non-Brookfast islands with the exception of Bornholm. In these cases, delivery will be made to the nearest port of shipment by agreement. This applies regardless of the address stated on the order confirmation.

When ordering before 10.00 am on weekdays, the order is generally dispatched from the central warehouse on the same day, provided the item is in stock (stated in the ordering process).

Delivery time is always stated in working days. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery. If an item is ordered that is on backorder at the time of ordering, this will be pointed out. If an item is on backorder, this will result in a longer delivery time (up to 10 days). We do not accept any further liability than under the Danish Sale of Goods Act for consequential costs in the event of delayed delivery. It is always recommended that craftsmen are not ordered until the order has been received and checked.

When ordering, it is recommended that you accept that the item can be left at the address if no one is home (flex delivery). However, please note that this is at your own risk.

If you do not want flex delivery, the item will be returned to the distributor's warehouse. You will receive further information on where smaller parcels can be picked up. For other shipments, you will have to pay for re-delivery.

Delivery of products purchased via HTH webshops is handled by HTH's chosen distributor. Parcels and shipments under 20kg are delivered to the door. Other shipments are delivered at street level on a solid surface "to the kerb".

Freight is charged on all orders that are delivered. The freight depends on the weight of the parcel and for some items the size affects the freight price. Larger shipments are delivered with HTH's chosen distributor and are calculated according to weight, size and postcode. The total shipping price can always be seen on the order by viewing the contents of the basket.

1.2 Pick-up of orders purchased via HTH webshops

Always contact the store before collection or wait for a ready message from the store. Your web order will be reserved for 14 days, after which it will be cancelled and must be reordered unless a later pickup is arranged with the store. Free trailer hire is also available. There are a limited number of trailers available, therefore it is recommended that the trailer is reserved in advance. This can be done by contacting the store by phone.

When a payment is completed in the webshop, the receipt is displayed on the screen. The order confirmation is also sent by e-mail. The order confirmation must be printed and brought with you when collecting the trailer.

1.3. Delivery of products bought in physical shops

In this case, price and delivery time are agreed directly with the store in question.

2. Prices

All prices on HTH webshops are incl. VAT and exclude delivery, assembly and installation/connection. Prices are current prices and all agreements are made in Danish.

Reservations are made for any tax changes, price and proofreading errors.

Subject to force majeure.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment methods

Payment cards can be used on HTH webshops. You can see which payment cards are accepted on the website. No fee is charged for payment by credit card.

No money is withdrawn until the goods have been delivered/shipped, unless otherwise agreed. You can never withdraw a larger amount than the amount authorised at the time of purchase.

For purchases in physical stores, payment terms are stated in the offer and/or order confirmation. Made-to-order and customised items are always paid for at the time of ordering. See conditions in the store.

3.2 Secure payment

When paying with a payment card on HTH webshops, it is always secured in case of misuse. It is possible to reject a payment when the payment summary is received - please contact your own bank if you suspect payment card misuse. There is no deductible in the event that a card is misused, as HTH webshops use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in the payment system. The information entered when using a payment card is encrypted (SSL), and only NETS has access to it. Neither HTH nor others are able to read this data.

When paying in a physical store, there is an excess risk if a credit card is misused by using a PIN code.

4. Installation

Installation is not included when purchasing products through HTH webshops or in a physical store. This applies to all products. Please note that installation of certain plumbing and electrical products requires an authorised installer.

5. Complaints and warranty

5.1 Complaints

ComplaintsThe Danish Sale of Goods Act may apply to all goods purchased from HTH. Certain consumer goods such as light sources, liquids and other goods that have a limited shelf life can only be complained about within the shelf life period promised to the customer.

All products are covered by a 24-month warranty, which must be made directly to an HTH store or by contacting HTH's customer service.

Depending on the specific situation, the product can be repaired, exchanged in whole or in part, the money can be refunded or a price reduction can be given, which depends on a specific assessment by HTH.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.

A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the fault or defect in the product has been discovered. If a complaint is made within two months of the discovery of the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely. In the case of defects and freight damage from a delivery or collection - however, no later than 2 months after delivery/collection.

If the complaint is justified and HTH assesses that the item must be returned to the central warehouse, shipping costs will be refunded to a reasonable extent. Therefore, remember to save the receipt for the dispatch of the item.

If the item was purchased in a physical store, please contact the store where the item was purchased for further agreement on the remedy. No compensation is provided for any installation costs or other consequential costs.

5.2 Warranty HTH

HTH offers a 25-year warranty on hinges, drawer sides, rails, wire goods and the rails and metal fittings that go with the wire goods.

HTH provides a 5-year warranty on kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes on both the surface of the elements and the vital functional parts, i.e: Cabinets, worktops, sinks, mixer taps (drip guarantee), handles, LED lighting and recessed spotlights.

HTH provides a 2-year warranty on accessories and other parts for kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes, including white goods.

The warranty is void if the product is not maintained as described in the accompanying maintenance instructions or if installation is not carried out as specified in the accompanying installation instructions.

In the event of a complaint or warranty claim, the goods must be handed in to:

An HTH store. Alternatively, an image can be sent via email to HTH customer service to support the complaint.

We are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In order to receive full payment for the goods, they must not be damaged, attempted to be assembled, have screw holes or the like.

If the products have been used to such an extent that it can be expected that the selling price has been reduced, HTH will, after a concrete assessment, pay the difference between the price paid and the price at which the product can be sold again. Each product that has been delivered and is to be returned must be returned complete, with all parts included
